This Notice describes how users' personal data is processed when they use the mobile application "Demining of Ukraine" (hereinafter referred to as the Application) or the website https://mine.dsns.gov.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
About Us
Demining of Ukraine is a Service aimed at creating an information and communication platform between the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the SES) and citizens within the framework of actions aimed at demining the territory of Ukraine. The owner of personal data processed using the Service is the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (55a Olesia Honchara Street, Kyiv 01030).
What data do we process?
Authorization data:
• Last name, first name
• Registration address
• E-mail
• Single taxpayer license number
• Passport data Data provided by users
• Last name, first name
• Telephone number
• Geo-location
• Photos, videos and audio materials provided when using the Service Technical data
• Technical data on the use of the Service necessary for its operation (device, browser, date and time of access, etc.).
Purpose of personal data processing
The service processes personal data for the following purposes:
• Processing of user requests and communication with users
• Actions aimed at demining the territory of Ukraine
• Ensuring the Service operation, its technical support and improvement
Data transfer and storage
For the purpose of data processing, the Service transmits data to the State Emergency Service.
Data is transferred exclusively within the territory of Ukraine. The Service ensures proper protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
The data transfer to third parties is carried out only on the basis of the user's explicit consent, except when such transfer is permitted by law or is carried out in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights.
Personal data is stored at the address: 55a Olesia Honchara Street, Kyiv 01030, Ukraine.
The data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, but in any case, the period of processing (storage) of personal data shall not exceed 3 years.
Rights of users regarding personal data
Users, as subjects of personal data, are entitled to all the rights provided for in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", in particular:
• To know about the sources of collection, the location of their data, the purpose of its processing, the owner
or manager, as well as the conditions for providing access to data
• To get access to their personal data
• To submit a reasoned requests for the change or destruction of their personal data
• To object reasonably to the processing of their own personal data
• To withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data, should the data be processed on the basis of consent
• To know the mechanism of automatic personal data processing
• To be protected against an automated decision that may have legal consequences for the user
• To file complaints with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Commissioner for Human Rights or with the court
In order to use the right to delete your personal data, you need to send a written request to the e-mail (mcgr@dsns.gov.ua). We will consider a request for data deletion within 30 days of the start of processing such a request.
